Default Adding accesories/ seat heaters

I have an 07 Sebring limited w/the 3.5.
How do you add a power accessory to a fuse box you can't get to? I have 2 after market seat heaters, there is a separate element for the back and the seat. The MFR says I need a 10 amp circuit to connect to for EACH seat. I'd like to have a switched circuit so when the car is off the seats are off. The PCM has 3 fuses that don't seem to be in use, one in the trailer towing circuit "12" (so marked on the cover of the PMC) that is 20 amps and the other "13" (so marked on the cover of the PMC) is 20 amps and circuit "37" (so marked on the cover of the PMC; it's 25 amps) all appears to be un-used or free to be used.
How do I connect to any one of these circuits please?
I know I could make an insert to plug into one side (the hot side) of the fuse terminal but you loose the fuse and the water proof integrity because of the wire now hanging out of the side of the box so that's not my first choice.
