blinking dash lights on 05 Sebring Conv

The clock light, odometer light and cruise control light will blink from bright to dim on occasion. I thought it was only when it was raining but it's not just then. It doesn't happen on a regular basis so I can't determine when this is occurring. All other lights are fine. Any suggestions?
