Default Convertable top issue

The other day the top on my 1999 Sebring wouldn't come up. Goes down fine. Replaced the motor/pump assy to no avail. Not losing any fluid. The pump reverses directions so switch is good. I'm thinking its a faulty cylinder. Does anyone know how to get to them? Any help would be much appreciated.

Figured it out. It's behind the side panel. There are four screwed. Two are behind the speaker cover. After that, the pannel snaps out.

Must be nice to be able to put the top down in February. It's 20 degrees here, which is 15 degrees warmer than it's been all week. The 'vert is tucked away in the garage.
