Default '07 Sebring w/o EVIC, can I configure "pathway lighting"?

I'd like to convert to HID, but I don't like that my headlights come on for a brief period whenever I unlock or lock my doors. Is there any way for me to configure this without the 'evic' option??

Thanks!

Check your owners manual. There's a procedure for programming the remote to lock the doors without setting off the headlight flash or the horn chirp.
I'm with you, the headlight flash is a dumb idea that causes unnecessary wear to the bulbs.
I wish my neighbor would re-program her remote. I'm sick of listening to her horn chirp every time she comes and goes.
