Default coolant leak metal pipe bottom center rear of engine

I have a coolant leak metal pipe bottom center rear of engine. seems to be a hole in top of this pipe. any suggestions.

replace it might as well do the timing belt and water pump because all of that has to come off to replace it

I have talked to the chrysler dealer and they say this part is discontinued. I have not been able to put the car up on ramps to really be able to look at it, but from what i can see it bolts in on the left and right of the engine, i do not understand the need to remove water pump, which requires timing belt...

buy a service manual and read on how to replace that pipe then u will see why u need to remove the water pump
