Default instrument lights on my 1999 Sebring limited not working

Hi everyone. Hope someone can help. The instrument panel lights don't work and I have narrowed it down to the instrument panel power converter. Anyone know where I can purchase it? P/N 430102 REV. AC. Appears this is a common problem.

Search this forum for "inverter". There have been several threads discussing the issue including where to find a replacement part.

Thanks. the inverter is on its way. in the meantime I replaced the inst. cluster with a black face one from my 1997 JXi. it works fine, just missing a few indicators.
Hope you can help me with the rear window defogger. There is power through the relay but not at the connector in the trunk. Do you know if there is a connection in between?

Don't know the answer to that. I have wiring diagrams for my '01 but there were a lot of changes in '01 and I wouldn't trust them to apply to a '99.
