Default once again keyless entry problem 1996 LXi(V6)

Hi, Could someone help me to locate keyless (entry) receiver / module / antenna in 1996 sebring LXi 2.5 v6. Batteries replacement, remote re-adding, remote change - didn't help, last hope to check wires and antena, but where ? And the second thing is : does someone tried to change it for custom anti-theft system. If yes please give me leads how to start.
best regards

It's mounted to the steering column by the key cylinder. You'll have to take off the cover around it. It's rectangle shape with a round piece hanging off of it. The part that wraps around the cylinder is the receiver ant. Bad news is someone will have to program the code in it after you install it. Dont play around in there without disconnecting the battery. There are airbag wires lurking.....

Little bit of advice...if you have an aftermarket alarm system...get rid of it. You don't need it.
