Please help! Did i get the wrong Paint code?

Hello my situation is this, i had bumper to bumper accident and decided to fix it myself im not a pro but im ok with doing small body work jobs so i got my 20r 05 chrysler sebring paint code which is PS2 and went and bought it but when i painted the bumper, it was very dark and looked gray, at first i thought it would get lighter when it dried but never did. I mixed 8-1-2 and now wondering did i spray too much or did i not mixed it right? but seemed so simple it was not very hard to do. Please see photo of the difference and thank you in advance for your help.

They sold you the wrong paint. Take it back. PS2 should be "Bright Silver Metallic." Whatever you got isn't even close.

Thank you!!! that's what i thought and now all that work I put in to the Hood and the bumper was for nothing!! but as long as they give me the paint free i will be ok, I just wished I would have checked but this is my wife's car and she had been with out it for about a week and i just had to finish it and was trusting that they had given me the right color but oh well i'll just leave the bumper on and do it little by little. Thanks again
