Default poor running sebring

First I would like to say thanks to all who help/comment, I appreciate all the help thus far with other issues.
I have a 2004 sebring 2.7 approx 70,000 miles, well taken care of dealer maintained (mom's old car). I started having issues a few months ago, random intersection the engine would just die, randomly at an intersection the engine would accelerate at lurch forward, I also felt the engine idled a little low, around 500-600 rpm, I followed some advice on the forum and cleaned the sensors between the air cleaner and the intake manifold also the throttle body, I assume this is where I made a mistake, I used a carb/throttle body cleaner. The problem has gotten worse, car lugs and lacks power, check engine light comes on, really runs like crap, then will suddenly start to run normally, I had Autozone check the fault code but they got nothing from the computer, I read a post and figured out how to get the cars computer to give me the fault code, P-0300.
I intend on replacing the spark plugs,
I use Lucas injector cleaner religiously
air cleaner has been replaced
the resonator hasbeen replaced on the exhaust

Any advise on where to start, would really like to fix this one myself, EGR maybe?

Who told u a throttle body would cause a car to misfire? Thats a really far stretch.
Yes check the plugs and stuff first Use champion platinum only

Changed the plugs, new champion platinum gapp to .050". Still not running properly, seems to like its it the "limp mode" and then it just snaps out of it. I did also look for vacuum leaks both visually and with carb cleaner around vacuum line connections. Nada.
Just to clarify I didn't clean the sensors and throttle body in regards to a misfire, it was stated in a thread about low idle to clean the MAP sensor and throttle body! sorry first post not super familiar with edicate.

You shouldn't gap platinum plugs. They come gapped from the factory. Gapping them risks damaging the very thin platinum coating.

Thanks didn't know that one, I did however "gently" verify that the gap was .050...
I did realize one thing, it seems like it only happens when its cold!
Is there a cold start valve, circuit, solenoid?

No, but the computer will take the cold temperature into account in deciding how rich the fuel load should be. Intake air temp is measured by the Inlet Air Temperature sensor (IAT). It's located on the big tube leading from the air cleaner to the intake manifold. You may have disturbed it when going in to clean in that area. Verify that it's plugged in properly and seated in its home happily. If it were reading way off, it would throw a code, but if it's reading within an expected range, it may not throw a code but may not be giving correct information to the computer.
