Default problem with 2.7 engine

Hello I am new to the forum and have a question about a 2005 Sebring sedan. The engine runs on 3 cylinders only, the left bank does not fire. This car does not have separate fuses for left and right bank. I have changed the wiring harness and the gin coils on the left bank still nothing. Is there some secret to why only the left bank is not firing. Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give me

I am pretty sure it is fuel. I get 13 volts at the injector plug steady not pulsing but don't know if that is normal
