Default Starter/Fuel and Hazard Fuses alternatively blowing

Hi All, Hi have a Chrysler sebring 2005 for some time I have been having My Starter/Fuel or Hazard Fuses alternatively blowing.

in fact, some time, Starter/Fuel fuse blow up when I replace it Hazard Fuse blow up after some time. If I do not replace the Hazard Fuse, Starter/Fuel Fuse will not blow, but as soon as I replace the Hazard Fuse Hazard Fuse or Hazard Fuse will blow up. Can anyone help me know what it might be?

You've got a short somewhere. Could either be in the wiring of the circuit protected by the fuse(s) or in one of the components of the circuit. You can hire a professional to trace it down for 50-100 bucks an hour or you can get a volt-ohm meter and try doing it yourself. It's not rocket science, but it does require a very basic understanding of electricity and some patience combined with diligence.
If there was collision damage at one time, I'd start there and look for a pinched wire or damaged wiring harness.

Your owners manual describes the components protected by the fuses. Trace down the wiring for the components controlled by the fuses that are blowing and see if you can determine why they are blowing. If the wiring is good, then the problem is likely due to a problem in the component(s). Check and replace as necessary.

I know that sounds very general and unspecific but there's no way that anyone can diagnose a specific problem over the internet. You need to get in there and look for yourself.
