Default Taller tires on my 2010 Sebring 2.4

Can I run taller tires on my 2010 Sebring 2.4 without any negative consequences? I want to fill out the wheel well a little better. I've done it will my mopar truck and suv with no ill effects. I was also able to reprogram the PCM so that the speedo was still reading correct. Are you able to reprogram the sebring PCM to reflect a change in tire size? Is it possible to find a site showing what oversized tires will fit and what won't? Will it damage my transmission or anything by running larger than stock tires? Thanks!

I see you have gotten no response in six months on your question. I don't know about your 2010, but on my 2001, there was very little clearance in the wheel wells. The idiot who owned the car before me tried to use SAE tools on metric bolts, and wound up leaving a 1/2 inch socket stuck to the head of a 13mm bolt that held the battery in place. That socket lifted the battery cover a little toward the tire when he put it back together, and as a result, the tire wore a hole through the battery cover.
I would suspect that there probably isn't a great deal of difference in the case of the 2010.

thanks for the reply. I will just have to put one tire on a ramp for articulation and do some measuring.

Then I will have clearance issues and a broken front bumper.
