Ok i have had my van for about 6 months and have done the oil change myself since i bought always using mobil 1 synthetic but after a while 1000-1500 mile about at least a quart of oil is gone there are no visible oil leaks and no smokey exhaust so i would still suspet that it is burning oil and i was wondering if any tech here had any advice in testing / finding the problem if it is infact burning oil what can i do to fix this thanks for any help

 

how old is it?
what's the mileage on it?
which oil was ini it before you changed it?

 

its 01 it has 75k and i think it had conventionoil 10w 30 b4 i put mobil 1 synthetic 10w 30

 

Our 01 is doing the same exact thing. Did you ever find out what the problem is?
