04 Town & Country limited, dash lights
#21
They are NOT LED's but miniature Incandescent lamps you can buy at the"Shack" aka "Radio Shaft" for a few bucks. By NO means go to the "stealership" and pay $600+ for a burnt out light bulb! that's Ludicrous! You just need to be handy with a pencil tip soldering iron or know someone who is. Removing the "head" is a snap, literally. I did this on my '04 T&C Limited 3 years ago and still going strong! good luck.

This is an old post but who knows... somebody may be trying to solve the A/C Control Panel lighting problem. Go to Radio Shack and buy the 12v 50ma 12V/50mA Incandescent Bulb - RadioShack.com
Unsolder the burned out bulbs and solder in the new bulbs. Works great and if you replace all the bulbs it costs $10 rather than $500.
FYI - They are incandescent and NOT LEDs. The polarity of the bulb does not matter.

followup to my own post
Tried again with the A/C instrument box (2005 T&C limited, digital screen). This time I took off three ***** at the bottom of the panel (just pulling off) and the box opened easily. Will go get bulbs (all five of them are burned out) tomorrow and solder.

update
Bought 5 bulbs (272-1154) from radioshack and replaced all. Works perfectly and couldn't be happier.
