Default 05 T&C output shaft sensor

I ran codes on my 05 T&C, and it gave P0720 and P0732. I changed output sensor and it didn't fix problem. Car shifts into gear, but does not move. Engine still revs. No reverse at all. After it sits for a minute I can go forward for maybe 20 feet then it cuts out again? Any help is greatly appreciated.
