'07 T&C first vacation trip-weird noise
I just returned from our first vacation with the T&C. It was a grand total of 1,800 miles. She only used up 2 1/2 quarts of oil and preformed extremely well, especially through mountainous curves, and steep roads of North Carolina.
The next morning after our return home, I noticed a whining noise (not high pitch) coming from the left side of the engine. All fluid levels are normal, and to me it sounds more like a vacuum or electrical issue than a mechanical one, but then again I am not sure. I will disconnect the battery and reconnect today to see what happens. ***Update*** now I am learning from youtube that it could be the alternator pulley. I had replaced the tensioner pulley months ago because it was making noise.
