Default 07 Town & Country power steering question

Is the power steering fluid in the reservoir suppose to turn and rise slightly like if it were in a blender?
That is what mine is doing. I just replaced the reservoir thinking it was a dirty screen problem but it is doing the same thing with fresh fluid and new reservoir.

The fluid rises and turns in the reservoir like if it were in a blender. My question is, is that motion inside the reservoir normal?

No noises, but I just looked at 2010 Caravan with a 3.3 liter engine and the fluid does not rise above the fill line like mine does. My fluid rises a good inch over the fill line of the reservior. When I shut her off the fluid goes back down to it's normal level. Something just isn't right.

Maybe not. 2007 was the last model year in the 4th generation line. A 2010 is the third year of the 5th generation line. You may be comparing apples to oranges. Try to find a 4th gen model (01-07) and probably better off with an 05 and up.

I've bled the system, but it continues to cavitate. Please check out my video; it's kind of hard to see the fluid but there is one scene where you can see just how high it gets in the reservoir.

How much above? I am afraid it will seep out of the cap.
