Default 09 Town & Country Touring - Trouble Code Help

2009 Chrysler Town & Country. Touring V6 3.8. . .

Need help please! Just received 2 error codes P0073: Ambient Air Temp. Sensor Circuit High and code U110E: DTC definition not found, Please refer to vehicle service Manuel. I have no clue what these errors are, the car drives fine. The only thing I noticed is that a few times the check engine light goes off and then after a few minutes goes back on. The car does not give a outside temperature reading anymore and just displays --- (dashes) and when I attempt to start the car using the car starter, it turns on and then after few seconds turns right off. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

u110E lost ambient air temp sensor more then likely replace the temp sensor usually in front of the grill area away from everything heat source.
