Default 1995 Town and Country Stalls When Warmed Up

I have a 95 grand town and country AWD with 180k miles and the 3.8 motor. i've done a little research but Just wondering if i'm on the right track or what other possible problems it might have that i can look into.

When started cold it runs perfect no engine lights until it starts to warm up and then it flashes an engine light (probably a misfire don't have a scanner and its against the law to lend out scanners from stores in CA, doh!). then the engine runs rough and stalls out while idling but will continue running rough if you give it gas.

maybe the oil pump can cause this or the egr valve? the recirculating tube on these egr valves looks pretty small on these engines could a bad egr cause a rough engine? is there anything else besides what i have mentioned that could be causing this problem? thanks

Sounds like the issue I am having with a 96, the harness connection for the upper engine starts to act up once it warms up (bad wire connections). I know this is very common for the 96 and up T&C due to bad wire routing over the cross over pipe. The 10 pin connection there gets exposed to lots of heat via the motor & exhaust causing it to start to fail after about 125k miles. I would start looking at the harness for melted spots. When it starts to act up try to wiggle the 10 pin if it dies out, you have a harness issue. If it stays running then start to wiggle each pigtail/socket connection that runs on that harness (map sensor, temp sensor, ect) see if it makes a difference.
You can also try google search yr, make, model key word Fuel rail wiring this also might lead you to some better testing processes to help track down your issue.

Good Luck
