1999 voyager ecu reset

I know you can pull the battery for 30 mins, but there is a fuse, how and where is it please?

You can never fully reset an ECU without the Chrysler DRBIII tool as it stores all its data in NVRAM. All you can do is clear trouble codes which will simply come straight back unless the source of the code is fixed.
