2000 Voyager - Transmission Issue
#21
Yeah I have simple Ohms tester which I can use, and will take a look at those youtube videos.
However I wish i could move the Van into my garage so I can actually take it apart and work on it instead of it just sitting there...
Would lack of transmission oil prevent the van from going into limp mode?

- auto's are a bit voodoo and a bit black magic
- its a fluid coupling that connects your engine to transmission to wheels
- tranny fluid flows in a loop between the impeller to the turbine
- lack of fluid is lack of velocity is low or no torque
- forget the fancy gears for now
- no or low fluid means its unable to connect to engine to transmission to wheels
- get six men and push it, best of luck !
NOTE: The above assumes its an auto.
