Default 2001 Chrysler Grand Voyager A/C issue advice

Hi everyone

I have a 01 Chrysler Grand Voyager SE RG and I am having a issue with my A/C. This model has the 3 zone Front & Rear climate control A/C.

What I found is that after I leave from work and the engine is cold, I can turn on the A/C and it works normally all the way home.

However if I turn the A/C on when the engine is warm, then all I get is hot air.

Now I haven't checked directly if the clutch is engaging yet, but I can hear it engaging. I can hear the blower motor working also.

I have swapped the clutch relay with fog light relay, didn't make any difference.

I have spoken to my local dealer here in Australia and asked them if there scan tool will read the A/C electronics and they said no, but when I read the manual it clearly says that the DRBII can, it also shows in the wiring diagram a connection going to the diagnostic connector for multiple parts of the A/C.

Does anyone have some thoughts on what this could be or where I could look?
