Default 2001 Chrysler Voyager 3.3L problems!

Hi everyone I have recently purchased a 2001 3.3L Chrysler Voyager and have a few peroblems I need help with if anyone can spare the time ?

1.The Orange engine warning light is permanently on the previous owners (friends of ours) owened the vehicle for 18mths with the light on and theres not been a single problem with the performance, I've been told its a coding problem and is esily removable but how ?

2.The fuel gauge is very irratic the light comes on and warning chime anywhere between 5/8 and 1/4 full the light then goes out again and the gauge rises again ! then it comes on again and off again, when I fill it up I only get 40-50 ltrs in (apparently it's a 70ltr tank !) whats going on ?

3. Where can I obtain updated SatNav discs (for Europe as I live in Luxembourg, how many of you are googling Luxembourg !)

1 - That sounds like the check engine light. The light is telling you the PCM (engine computer) has detected a fault and has stored a code relative to the fault. That code will help narrow down the troubleshooting process. I would recommend you connect a scanner and read the code. Not possible in Luxembourg? Cycle the key from off to on (not start) 3 times within 5 seconds leaving it on. Now read the codes displayed on the odometer. Come back here and we'll decipher what the code means. There are several faults that won't effect performance. They will however effect emissions and could eventually effect performance.

2 A typical symptom with the sender unit in the fuel tank. It's part of the fuel pump assembly. Change the pump and it's fixed.

3 No clue.

I cycled the key as requested from off to on 3 times quickly and left it in the on position.
The first two times I did it the Odometer read "done", the third time it said 0401, a code ? tried it one more time it read "done" again !.
