Default 2001 chrysler voyager smoking and rattling noises

Im having issues with my 2001 chrysler voyager van 3.3l it's smoking underhood and in back of van white smoke and making rattling noise under hood. I thought maybe oil low but had an oil change and put antifreeze. But still smokes after car has been driven a while

Smoke coming from the back one might assume you mean it's coming out of the exhaust pipe. Anything coming from the exhaust is the result of something in the engine burning (or cooking). White, sweet-smelling smoke would be antifreeze. Whitish-blue with a distinct oily smell would be motor oil.

Let's assume for the moment that the under-hood smoke is just a spill.

But I have some questions for clarification:

While changing the oil might resolve a low oil situation, was it actually low on oil as you suspected?
Why did you think it needed anti-freeze?
Describe what you see on the dipstick. Hot and cold.

This might better allow someone to guide you toward a solution.

Thanks in advance.
