Default 2001 t and c down but not out

I have a 2001 town and country limited it has 180,000 miles it has run like a champ and this morning upon starting while idleing the car runs ruff and it will not accelerate and smell of gas and the kicker white smoke can be seen coming out of the exhaust if you have any ideas please help thanks .

Keep an eye on the coolant level and condition. White smoke combined with rough running and poor acceleration are signs of a blown head gasket. Watch for decreasing coolant level or signs of oil in the coolant. If temp is rising you can buy a test kit for $30-40 that will test for exhaust in the coolant. Get it looked at asap.
