Default 2001 T&C Limited Auto Temp. comtrol problem

My daughter was using our van and the battery died, They jumped it and took it to AutoZone and had the battery replaced, Now when you start it it blows on high thru the defrost with the ATC on. If you change the selector to floor it stops blowing out the defrost and blows out the floor until you turn the ATC power off then it goes back to high thru the defrost. Is there a reset that needs to be done or has something gone wrong. Thanks in advance.

Either disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes or try the procedure in post #7 of this thread: Tizzy1 and others DIY information - DodgeForum.com

If your A/C isn't working don't perform the cool down test.
