Default 2001 Town and Country 3.3l v6 sliding door problem

Hi everybody,

The passenger side sliding door is stuck in the locked position. I can't unlock it manually or electronically. I have taken the panel off and inspected what I can see but to my untrained eye I can't see anything wrong, nor do I know what to look for. I know what the door lock actuator is but don't know what to look for. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks

Okay so I did a lot of homework and got around to fixing the problem. It was the door lock actuator that was jammed in place. I bought an aftermarket part on ebay for 30 and everything works as it should. Just be careful when removing the screw that holds it in place. Mine fell down inside to the door and spent awhile looking for it until I just gave up and went to Ace to buy a replacement.
