Default 2002 Town & Country 3.8L

Hi - I purchased our 02 T&C 3.8L Limited for my wife about 8 mths ago with 98k miles from a 1 owner who religiously mainted it. It now has 107k. It's a great minivan.

I've been having 2 issues.

1st one is that the brake and abs light come on when it's started and after driving about 200 feet, it turns off. What could this be? Brakes seem fine.

2nd one is that when I turn the car off, i hear what seems to be a weird noise coming from the starter? It see to be winding back. I've attached a clip on what it sounds like. Anyone have this problem or can give a clue to what it can be (starter going bad?). I checked the fan and no issues there. Belts are pretty tight and it's not slipping.
Here's the clip:

Thanks,
Tim

your starter is on the other side with the trans plus the starter is not in use unless the engine is being started.
That noise is your alternator clutch going bad. but your hand on it and do it again and u can feel it.
