Default 2005 3.8 I Rocker Arm Adjustment??

Hi I have looked all over and searched my entire 2005 Service manual and I can't seem to find anything pertaining to Valve Lash, Is there anything I can do to what seems to me is #2 Rocker arm/s. They sound terrible and I am pretty sure it is only cylinder #2.
I know the hydraulic Lifters I had in all my other MOPARS were a basic torque the rocker arm bolts to a specific setting and all was beautiful.
Well what I am hearing off Idle from approx 1500RPM and up. I only went up to about 2500 as I don't want shrapnel embedded in me when she goes kerplewey.
I found that when cold it is very slight if at all and as she warms up she gets louder, Idle is pretty quiet.
I was thinking about removing valve cover just to check things out and make sure a nut didn't somehow back off but I can't even find a torque spec.
I looked in teh engine section could I have missed it somehow?
Is this 3.8 I engine a Hydraulic Lifter non adjustment rocker arm assembly or do they have some sort of valve stem spacers that fit between rocker arm and valve stem?

Thanks again and Special Thanks to I believe it was Something Tech ( I will look up your name in post) The Factory O2 Sensor was genius works great so far.

ok, Thne perhaps could you enlighten me as to what the heck is falling apart internally?
Ill tell ya what I will go out tomorrow and get the best recording I can of teh sound, Even if I have to take my Laptop and my Sennheiser mics out there to get top quality so you can hear what I am talking about.
It is down right Nasty sounding to me.
Then again I really got spoiled building some really awesome performance engines.
Nothing like a smooth quite (besides exhaust) engine running at 2500-3500 RPM
I swear to me I am waiting for something to come flying out or off of it.
but it does not effect the way it runs, No miss, stumble, choke wheeze or anything tgive an impression anything is Whack other then the noise.
Maybe the darn 5-20 needs to go for some good old SAE 50 racing oil???
