Default 2006 seat altercation

hey guys... have the touring edition i bought new in 06 and have never been able to get comfortable in the driver seat... actually I am so uncomfortable, i dont want to drive the thing... and i don;t very often... used to have a 97 limited that had the best seats in the world... soft, wide, low leather that i miss much... any ideas ? i know they raised these seats with the stow n go, cheapened the leather and made them narrower, but can i re-do these things ? or install some of the old model seats in front only ? researching and appreciate any input .. thanks
