Question 3 new codes showing on the key dance

Hello everyone hope you are all having a good weekend.
Just a quick one, GV runs fine when warmed up but when I start her in the morning or first time in the day I get a small amount of blue smoke from the exhaust and sometimes can take slightly longer than normal for it to start (I don't ever pump the gas pedal when starting) also during the first 5 minutes of driving it can be frustratingly sluggish, for example changing up from 2nd gear to 3rd gear at 2800rpm it just feels like there is nothing there even with my foot full on the power and then after a bit it will come to life. (I cant see any smoke whilst driving even under hard acceleration)
anyway I did a key dance and the 3 numbers it came up with were 1685, 0514 and 1130
Does anyone have any ideas what these could be related to?
I am thinking maybe glow plugs and injectors but I don't know that much to be honest and I am absolutely skint after 3 months on sick pay so cant afford to take it to the dealers or any other garage so any advice would be great
it is a 2002 GV 2.5CRD euro version with 118000 miles on the clock

1685 is a SKIM error - ignore it, every car I've looked at has had one as a stored code
0514 is a battery temp sensor error - wont affect running
1130 is fuel rail pressure - ever had it cut out under acceleration?

The major problem with a key dance is you dont know if the codes are active or historical.

With regards to the lack of power, first thing is an injector leakback test and monitoring of fuel rail pressure. I dont think it's air leaking into the low pressure side as that will cause hiccuping or cutting out and is more common with 2.8's.

Regards
Richard

Some blue smoke on startup is usually some oil run down the valve guides overnight, getting burnt off next morning.
Pumping the pedal B4 start will have no effect on a diesel.
Glowplugs only have effect on a quick-start, not on running unless it's one of the very latest diesels.
Many diesels are sluggish on a cold morning, esp. if it's a little small for the vehicle. It's a sign the engine is not worn, i.e. "tight" with more friction than when hot.
Just make sure the engine oil is not too thin and correct grade/type for that engine.

Yes tfb took the words right out my mouth. Blast, too late.
Its all around the fuel rail area, whether injector leaking back too much, rail sensor or rail pressure valve.
Right enough black smoke would have meant dribbling injector or the like.

Thanks guys, I have no idea what type of oil is in the engine as I haven't got round to changing it yet (only purchased the car in July) but there was a bottle of 5w30 so guessing that is in there maybe mixed with what ever the last owner had, so if I get paid enough I will do that first with oil filter and new air filter and use 10w40 as manual states. If that fails I guess its a trip to the dealership.
Luckily the old gal hasn't cut out at any point and I can't see any smoke when driving, just the blue smoke on start up so fingers crossed it isn't serious and my MPG seems ok, averaging 38-40mpg

Have you checked the air filter. Things there point to difficulty in engine breathing .
