6 Disc Multi Stack (Grand Voyager) - Flashing

Any Suggestions?

I have had to investigate a Battery Drain on Grand Voyager 2007, after refitting my Multistack in center console (bottom) it constantly flashes, buttons 1,2,3 together & then 4,5,6 together, I push eject but no discs come out.

Is there a reset mode?

I will remove and refit again tomorrow.
