Default 9007 Bulbs VS H13 Bulbs??

Hello again, I have another one. I found out that my 2005 T&C Touring Model uses H13 Headlight Bulbs instead of the 9007 ones I am familiar with well actually I am more familiar with 9004 but anyway similar styles.
What exactly is a H13 bulb and what is the benefit if any between a 9007 and a H13?
I tried to research and I found HID H13 Zenon, basically more confusion then any useable info, Is a H13 bulb on of those HID style bulbs or is it basically a Normal Halagon bulb in just a different style?

H13 may be a bit brighter, and uses a different plug.....although they both will fit in the existing hole....

H13 is also called 9008, which is just a newer design of the 9007. The benefit.??? The plug wont fit into the earlier bulbs...

Ok So it has nothing to do with HID Lights, I kept seeing referances to HID bulbs which look really wild and I had not read anything so far about any Ballast or such on my model so I was pretty sure I did not have anything HID. Now if they would of just used 9008 instead of confusing me into thinking H had something to do with HID I was unaware of I would of been fine lol.
While on this topic I have seen 65/55, I believe 85/55 and 100/75 Possibly (offroad use only on last of course) I do know when I had KC Lights and I used a 150W bulb the plastic lense got real runny real quick and I had to go Competetion Clear glass. Being these are also a type of Plastic Lense (Which BTW I love the look of them) I would figure the 85/55 would be the limit I would try ( if that is not to hot itself).
And Then these HID Mod kits I seen with looks like everything you need would they cause Heat problems too?
I have no idea if I woudl even try them it is just a question I figured I would get out of the way in case I find vision improvement is needed above direct replacement for similar price. The Sylvania top H13 2 buld replacement was $48 and I believe the HID 2 Bulb with all goodies was $63 so I would probably get way more output from HID for $20 more tops then any H13 I could direct replace with.
Of course again I have never used HID but I do know from oncoming traffic they are quite bright.

BTW Djinn-N-Tonic Thansk a ton for all your help on here, Sorry for the first impression I gaave at being a Smart@$$ I was in the Computer and Government wanting to keep tabs and ivasion of privacy frame of mind when I posted. I reread my post and realized how off the hanger Paranoid I sounded and that was not my intention at all. I totally understand the issue about recording/updating VIN# and computer with features available step and it is actually quite cool as it should increase value of vehicle if the work is done correct plus you actually have proof that those features are actually there if you have a List of features printed per vin #

HID is nice IF the headlamp is designed for it. Retrofit kits are nothing more than bling. To get a good retrofit kit that you can actually see better with requires stepping it up so much so that you **** off everyone in oncoming traffic. Get some Silverstars, get your headlamps aimed right and be done with it..

Ok 1 more and I will leave ya alone till I find a way I can answer my own questions or at least get close enough to where any question will be to remove confusion I may have. In the IPM/Relay/Fuse block thing F6 has 2 positions on lists 12 volt out ignition and if I move it according to arrows directly above it over one conection point or basically 1/2 fuse position it lists 12 volt out battery
What is 12V out Ignition/12 V out Battery Mean and exactly what is the difference between the two positions? I see nothing in the Manual about it except that F6 position is for both. I also think I have 1 or 2 relays not plugged in although I may not have that feature and I believe either 1 or 2 fuses ( Foglights of course I have no relay as they are not currently on it)

Power outlet and Cigar lighters can be configured for either direct battery, or KEY-ON by swapping fuse positions.

I went to replace a bulb tonight, got the 9007 as owners manual said. It doesn't fit. Won't go into cluster housing and the plug is different. What's up with that? 9008 the one I need? Weird.
