Default Add a Switched circuit for Sat Radio & GPS 2003 T&C

I would like to add a swithched circuit to hardwire my GPS and Satalite radio and still have cigarette lighter availible for Cell phones, Ipods Gamboy, laptop or whatever. When I examined the fuze box it was packed up so well I could not find a convienient place to tap a switched circuit. I gingerly tried to get to the inner guts, but it resisted with the threat of breaking. Is there a convenient place to tap into a swithced circuit?
I did not want to go to the existing lighter outlet as it is already taxed.

THe only diagram of the fuse box is on the inside cover.
There are no empty or Aux sockets, that I could see.

There is an unlabled fuse at the top center (given the text on the panel to define oreintation) that has 3 holes and the fuse can be either in
Bat and Ignition position.

Thank you
