Default autobox

my voyager gives a little shudder when changing up the box occasionally on low revs, but if u give it more throttle,or put the pedal to the floor it goes from 0-80 without even knowing it has changed gear, only low revs i get the jump, shudder feel could that be a sensor issue? i changed the filter about 1000 miles ago, fluid was nice and red with no signs of clutch burn, and i topped the box back up with mopar atf+4.

also the magnet in the pan only had a minute fur topping and the pan its self was clean.

any ideas?
