Default Belt Tensioner

I have a 1997 Plymouth Voyager that has had problems with the belt tensioner. The belts keep slipping off! I have had the belts and tensioner replaced at least 4 times in the last 5 years. It has happened again!!! This time there is a replacement kit , not produced by Chrysler, that I hope will solve the problem. Wish me luck.

Default RE: Belt Tensioner

4 times in 5 years i would say its NOT the tensioner it maybe a temp fix because a new tensioner may hold the belt tight enought so that it does not fall off. I take it u have a 3.3 or 3.8 correct?
