Default Boost pressure Sensor

Hi Guys.
This mite help someone. My 2.8TDi has had lumpy erratic idling sometimes it would cut out. then the other night i parked it over night and it would not start no matter what i tried. then a bit of luck came my way I undid the Boost pressure/intake air temperature sensor. It was all gunked up so I sprayed it with loads of contact cleaner until it was clean, popped it back in and it started first time. I took it for a twenty mile drive and it's so smooth now no lumpy tick over it just feels smoother as well.

You never know it mite be as good for your GV

Ah yes interested on this sensor if its fitted to my 2.5Crd 2003 as boost pressure with code P0235 is affecting my power in overtaking. Limp mode is cutting my power with warning light when I'm trying to get past other cars. Not an ideal situation and I'm having to set up the manoeuvre when least power is required.

Hi guys
On my motor it's a Bosch sensor on the top right side of the motor. It's got a blue Bosch sticker. You can see it in this pic.

Ah now we are getting somewhere, so this is the Boost pressure AND Air temperature sensor Bee, just to make this clear. Two sensors in one, its a first to me.

Hi
That is what I was told by Lookers Chrysler.
I did have the part number on a scrap of paper, but the wife chucked it out.
I will have to write it down again.

Per manual my 2003 Crd being ENJ engine there is only listed Air Temperature sensor 5093 898AA so as there is nothing on schematic for Boost they must be twinned.
