Clutch problems
#11
Chaps, i had to replace and repair a number of things, expensive business. Rear Crank seals to begin with as the car was pi55in out oil, clutch was worn so new clutch, then lost pressure to clutch master and slave cynder, so replaced that. Then there was the porblem of not going into gears, it was the fork that was worn, new from Chrysler is approx £250, i had the fork taken out, welded then fabricated into the shape it is suppose to be, cost me a fraction of a new one, and the car is now finally back on the road. Just waiting for a bit of paint work now. Hope this helps.

hi had a small problem with engine not starting eventually finding out it was the starter replaced that after people saying it was the ignition switch, battery clutch switch (which i have still not found),the engine management system now my clutch peddle goes down to the floor and the clutch does not disengage it seems to be a fluid system i think, i pump it for ages and still no clutch is the any way to put in any fluid or am i up the creak about a year ago i had a new clutch fitted while on holiday they bodge it i had to get it sorted when i got back but they must have lost the push rod because the garage said a non genuine part had been used ie:- a bolt, this did not affect to operation of the clutch
