While driving down highway, wife said it sounded like a motorcycle was next to her, then the 2001 T&C Limited (3.8) wouldn't accelerate. She pulled off the road and shut the engine off, then restarted it and eveything was fine except the check engine lite was on. She took it to get the codes read, and P0700 and P0755 came up (Trans. Cont. Sys. Malfunction and Shift Sol. B Malfunction). I have had some strange electrical problems in past months with dead batteries, replacement of the alternator, engine stalling and having to be restarted, airbag lite on temporarily, power windows not always workingand suspect that the ECM may be the culprit here, as it maybe sending false signals to the transmission. Vehicle has 75,000 mi. and is in great shape mechanically.

Anybody have similar codes or advice?
