Default Coolant leak!!!

My 08' town and country touring is leaking coolant. I've checked hoses and the radiator cap which I changed. I don't know where the leak is coming from. It's not running hot, it's just that when I look under the hood it looks as if coolant just exploded from somewhere. A few times after driving a few miles it starts to smoke and when I look under the hood it's wet from coolant. The radiator cap is not leaking and it doesn't feel that hot when touched and I'm not hearing the gurgling sound like it's hot either. It's not all over the ground it's just under the hood. Any Ideas or suggestions on what this could be? I would greatly appreciate it.

Could be the infamous Y connector. - Adam's Blurbs: Damn you Dodge!

I would recommend a 5/8ths inch T fitting from Lowes/Home Depot/ etc.

I agree that the Tee fitting is probablly the culprit. If you warm up your van and then open the hood you will see the fountain of coolant when it gets up to operating temps. I chased mine for 3 days before leaving it running to find the leak but when I opened the hood coolant sprayed for several feet
There is a discussion on whether to use a metal tee fitting or using plastic a tee fitting because of corrostion concerns. I used plastic and I moved the fitting away from the block in hope that it will last longer away from a high heat source. Good luck

Nice pics and info on that one...Just wondering if a copper tee junction as in plumbing would do that.

I f anyone is still having a problem with the Y fitting, check this out. This is the solution from a member on another forum. It is aluminum and it looks like it comes with hoses and clamps!!!

I don't know if this impacts the new body style vans, I had a leaking issue like this, found it to be the bottom of the radiator that cracked/seperated.
