Default Different tire size question

I have two front tires 225 70 15 and 225 75 15 on my 01 voyager(front axle). Is this a big enough difference to cause a problem? Thank you..

the 225 75 15 the 225 is the height of the tire the 75 is the width of the tire so one has not contact on the road the the other it will cause suspension and driving issues over time.

and it will be an MOT failure if they spot it. About 3/4" difference in the diameter between the two.

Front tyres should always be identical with each other, as should back tyres with each other. With fronts partic., having different makes/sizes can result in a continous pull to one side or the other due to different rubber compositions. If the dia. is different, your differential gear will be working all the time even going straight ahead and therefore wearing more.
Remember tyres are the ONLY contact with the road you have.

If you have to jam on your brakes in an emergency, one front wheel will lock while the other is still turning due to different diameters. An ABS system if fitted and in use could have unpredictable effects. This will result in the vehicle swinging wildly to one side or the other, and at speed will likely cause a vehicle of this nature to overturn.

You should sort this thing out immediate.
