Default Instrumental Cluster Issue

My 1999 Chrysler voyager, instrumental cluster, stopped work, all the illuminated lights still work, I have checked the solder and connectivity is good. Turn signals and hazard lights turn on. Radio and all other electronics seem to be functioning correctly and there are no fault codes in the system. It was a slow decline before everything stopped working, as in, it would work on and off, but now it is no longer working at all. Also, at the same time, my door locks, that lock at 16mph, no longer works, and my on board computer doesn't allow emissions equipment to read it. I have been looking for weeks and trying to figure this out to no avail. I was thinking ground but can't figure out where?

Thanks for reading

Default Instruments Gone.

Hi, see my thread regarding indicators not working then devise an action. If it was me I would sit someone in driving seat watching instruments and have someone wiggling associated relays and plugs. From what you say about decline in workings, it sounds like a conductivity issue..

U have either the cluster board is bad or a BCM and fuse box issue

FYI there are no relays for this single circuit.
