juddering mirror
Hi Guys.
Is there any way of stopping my near side mirror on my 2004 uk voyager from juddering when I lose the mirrors?
When I close the mirrors the off side one closes OK but the nearside one closes then judders for a minute or so, then when switching to open will only open part way.
If possible I don't want to but a new replacement mirror as I have been quoted £200+.
Hoping someone can enlighten me and maybe offer a solution

There are an unlimited number of positions through 360° that the mirror could go out of sync, usually because someone physically opens or closes it [360°] without power to it. Without power on it, fully open it 3/1/4's then close it 1 1/4 to its normal 90° and then apply power - does it now open and close inextricably as normal ? If it doesn't, then just
with a known to work one from a scrapyard.
