Obviously the Chrysler engineers failed metals 101 when they designed the locks (clamps) on the 2008 T&C luggage rack. The screw threads bind and freeze in the clamp. If yours haven't frozen be sure to screw them all the way out and apply anti-sieze.
After my prevoius T&C was totaled I acquired anotherone. Apparently the former owner never adjusted the crossbars and they are completely frozen. Two of the knobs are slipping on the screws. Does anybody have an idea of how to remove the crossbars and replace the screws?
