No Headlights on 2004 Town and Country Limited AWD
Hello, just wondering if somebody can help me out with respect to my 2004 T&C. About a week ago I noticed that my windshield washer pump (both front and rear) stopped working and just tonight I noticed that my headlights stopped working. Foglights still work without a problem but that's all the works. All interior lights are fine including the dimming effect. However I cannot get the headlights to come on ... period. High beam switch lights up the indicator on the instrument panel but no lights. Any help on this would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

U ither have an IPM issue or a front controler issue U can get either one but they are connectoed together. The bad parts is u can test them correctly because they are mated together and cant get test lights in there to see if the Front controler is sending the signal to the IMP (aka fuse box) and then to the headlights and the washer pump. Both parts are rather high 200 to 300 so its a crap shoot thats why i have spare ones of each that I know whats wrong with them so i can use them as test parts to get the correct diog and not guess. IPM and FCM is what u want to get.

Thanks for the reply Chrysler Tech. However I'm having a hard time understanding how the headlights and windshield washer are tied together. One thing I did fail to mention in my first post is that the parking lights work fine. So in summary, everything on the van works right now except for the headlights (both hi and lo)and the windshield washer motor (both front and rear). What's the cost I'm looking at here for the 2 components you mentioned, assuming it's those two components. Thank you very much for your reply.

Great, thanks again Chrysler Tech. I managed to get the dealer to cover the repair with only a $100 deductible out of my pocket. I thought this was fair and accepted it. It will be going in tomorrow. I accepted the offer but did not agree with it. This is a safety item and things like this should not be failing on a vehicle that is 3 yrs old. I would hate to imagine what would have happened if I was on a long trip at night and the module failed. Anyways I'll provide some feedback once it's completed. Thanks again for your response.

a 100 is standard if u have a warranty. Do u have a chrysler extended warranty that u dont know of?? and 100 is more then fair for the amout of money that it costs people to do tis sorta job.
