O2 Sensor or Cat Converter?

Default O2 Sensor or Cat Converter?

I'm leaning towards converter because of the varying monitor voltage but what do you think? See attached screenshots.

For a while it looked like the upstream wasn't switching as fast as it should but it did once warmed up.

Am I right in saying sensor 2 looks naff...
