Default P0032 code new computer?

Took my 2008 town and country to local service center. They did a good job. However the one thing they could not fix is the P0032 code.

This symptom in the morning gives me a sluggish driving stalls until warms up. This code will not clear. Service center replace the o2 sensors as well as did a fuel clean out.

They say I now need a new computer. Any ideas??

was the wiring from the sensor to ECU checked? Measure voltages/signals at the sensor and what is at the ECU connector, look at live data from the ECU and see what it thinks the reading of the sensor is.

It is possible that the ECU is faulty and not processing the signal from the lambda sensor, but there are other things to check first

P0032 Code - O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Circuit High
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the 1/1 Oxygen Sensor control circuit voltage is above the maximum acceptable value.

Possible causes:
- (K99) O2 1/1 HEATER CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
- (K99) O2 1/1 HEATER CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
- (Z901) GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
- 1/1 OXYGEN SENSOR
- POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

I know Ken towery spent time checking things. But I do not know how reliable what they checked is. Now I am kind of starting over.

So Here is what I have found out.

Both O2 sensors have been changed.
Ken Towrery did do a fuel system clean out. as well.

I am getting a P0032 & P0038 code.

So When starting the car. It starts fine. Once I take off after about 1/5 mile it get's real sluggish. Wants to die and not go... I take a few seconds and work the pedal and it works itself out after about 5-10 seconds and then runs fine.

I can park the car and start it and go and this will not happen unless I leave the car sit for a few hours. Which then it will happen again.

However if I start the car ahead of time and let it idle for about 5 minutes it will not do this. It will run fine. That is the work around. I know that is a temporary work around.

So I am not sure if there is another sensor to check or change. Should I take it to the dealer? Could it be the main computer? I am fairly mechanical and can change and do a lot myself. Any help is appreciated. This one has me stumped.
