Default P0406 (EGR) and stutter on 3.3L

Hiya,

Mr ChryslerTech took care of the earliermissfire, thank you.

Then week or twoafter that not as bad but similar stutter and jerkiness happened and CEL came up again. Now the error code is P0406 which points to EGR. Can this cause stutter and almost like missfire effects? Sometimes the light goes out, rarely, but comes back after ten miles. Change of EGR I guess?

Would the P0401 code have to clear before getting the P0406? I had the EGR valve replaced but the engine is doing the same thing.
