Default P0456 Engine Code

Wife just came home and said that a "orange block light" was on in the van. Checked the code and got P0456. Took off gas cap and replaced it too start the process of elimination. Any ideas if this does not clear the code? Also how long should I expect it to take before the code clears? Thanks
