Default radio no sound

iv got an after market radio but cant get sound i know radio works there is sound if i plug old radio in thinks its something to do with white and purple wire anyone now the answer

i am having the same problem on my 2002 chrysler voyager, i have googled this to death but cant seem to come up with a way to crack the amp prob
